Hi everyone. I discovered Aespa’s music today through a streaming party on Twitter. I’ve heard them before because of their songs Next Level, Girls and Savage but never cared to check out their discography.
Today after listening to some of their B-sides I feel Aespa is underrated and not discussed enough at all….
Genuinely asking was “Hold on Tight” ever promoted? I listened to it first time today and I’m addicted and on loop now….
I’m also in love with “Welcome to my world” and “Illusion”. I was literally sleeping on Aespa music.
Please let me know about their songs. I’ll be checking out about them and their songs now!
Welcome to the fandom! also, Hold On Tight wasn’t promoted sadly. It was just made as a song for the Tetris movie. There is a short clip of the girls singing part of it.
Fun fact – Hold on Tight brought in 3 million monthly listeners to aespa spotify. It was the fandom’s effort that made it somewhat popular (constant sharing and recommending to other people). Warner, aespa’s overseas promoter, barely did anything to promote the song.
My World B-sides are bangers. I’ve been listening to them months before their album even got released (they performed them on their concerts).

Hey (: Aespa has lots of amazing B-sides! My personal favorites are illusion, lucid dream, yeppi yeppi and I’ll make you cry! The whole savage album is honestly great. They are also expected to finally have their full length album release later this year (: and yes sadly hold on tight wasn’t promoted… they might perform is this weekend tho at gov ball!
